I just had a right cheeky snack
I'm afraid it's nothing Weight Watchers would track I don't know where the inspiration came from but it felt really good in my tum It was gluten free toast with a layer of cheese puffs Wotsits really but the Aldi stuff Then cheese grilled till it did melt you've really no idea how this bit of junk felt What a weird combination which I've never had before I suppose at fifty it's good to explore I am a student, is it a student thing or are my taste buds just having a fling I don't know if I need an excuse it was all gluten free so what's the use It filled a gap deep inside maybe my cheesy puff toastie will trend worldwide

I went to the supermarket yesterday
a lot of gluten free products they had on display There is so much more choice nowadays thank goodness cus eating gluten free ain't no phase We need this stuff to feel well otherwise our tummy's can be in complete hell Everyone appreciates gluten free food being around The only thing is it can cost the extra pound No it ain't cheap to eat gluten free to pay a bit more, well it will just have to be Some things are never quite the same but I wouldn't up this gluten free game So a pat on the back to the shops out there who stock up on food that we can bear The cafes and restaurants who also provide us with grub oh I can't wait for that first gluten free meal back at the pub! I tried to make a gluten free pizza the other day
rolling the dough out was fun as it just wouldn't stay I picked it up and it broke in two I was getting in a bit of a do I used tons of flour to make it less sticky now the maker of this pizza mix was taking the micky Somehow I had to get this onto a tray and into the oven without delay I don't know how the proper pizza people cope when I looked at my holey efforts there was just no hope but we all know gluten free things can fall apart usually it's the gluten that keeps stuff together for a start I did get it rolled out after a few go's even if I got covered in flour from my head to my toes The fillings went on and into the oven it was cooked In the end it tasted gorgeous, I'm totally hooked Pyclets can be gluten free
