It's Sainsbury's for me!

I have just recently started buying the Free From items from Sainsbury's as they have a fantastic selection. I mean this is just a few items available on the Free From aisle but it's the food available in the fridge that is such a bonus. 

There are pork pies, quiches, cheesecake, apple pie and pizza. these are all things I have really missed. I am just loving a bit of pork pie with salad, oh it's just free from heaven. I mean don't get me wrong the other supermarkets have a good selection too but I think Sainsbury's has that bit more.

To have cheesecake as well is bliss, before I've just slobbered over the gluten ones and dreamed of owning my own and now I can. I actually feel as though I have proper food in my fridge and in my cupboards now and I don't have to take any silly risks with gluten food stuff. I know silly me.

So if you are gluten free and dairy free, get yourself to Sainsbury's as there is so much to eat!! Go now.....don't worry about those calories, it's being able to eat and be happy so just go and get something for a treat if you are dieting, you will not regret it.
