Lets go Wilde with Pop Music

Yay!! Kim Wilde's back with a cool new single and upcoming album. I do love Kim, if you are reading this and saying 'who?' First shame on you but if you were not around in the 80's you would struggle so I'll forgive you.

You need to go on You Tube and search 'Kid's in America' and 'Chequered Love' then you'll get it. I was in awe of Kim back in the day, along with Chrissie Hynde and Suzi Quatro, all women I would have loved to have been, oh well maybe in a different life eh?  

She looks fab in this video and I love that she dresses up in different music genre outfits, definitely rocking that punk look. Also good to see her brother Ricky taking a bit of a central role here, he was always on the keys in the background wasn't he? I mean this is one of the best brother sister acts apart from The Carpenters and well me and my brother ha ha - love ya Mark!!!

I say Kim is back well she never went anywhere as she has been popular at festivals such as Rewind and many 80's revival performances in the past few years and I'm glad she's carried on. I think she became a very good gardener in her time away from music for a while, oh just gets better - she is dream woman!! 

I like this little pop number, it's catchy, you can have a little boogie to it and it just makes you feel happy. It's called 'Pop Don't Stop' and taken from the forthcoming album 'Here Comes The Aliens'. She is also going on tour this spring too so for all the information on that go to:
