There's an app for everything these days
to help you do stuff in all sorts of different ways From a countdown to a special event to a pregnancy you may want to prevent There's a new one that tells you how much water you've had as seen on Dragons Den, can't be all that bad But isn't it easy just to keep a mental note without popping a device in ya drink and watching it float You can switch lights on and off, even your heating too I'm wondering if there's one to tell you to go to the loo After all you're programmed to drink like mad to record your urine flow surely would be one app to be had Our smart phones will become smarter than us mine already is just with a calculator for less fuss The Kindle seems to be replacing the book you can even point your phone at the sky, give the stars a little look It's just one way times are taking a change some apps make life a lot easier, a way to engage Just remember to look up though once in a blue moon otherwise the world will pass you by way to soon. ❋❋❋ Thank you for reading today pop back tomorrow for Free From Friday for now though take care.

It's been a week of spreading love
whether here on earth or to those up above It's not something exclusive to all you lovers it's for the whole world, even the single people it covers I'm talking of Valentines Day of course for some it may fill with sadness and remorse You may not be keen or feel lonely inside that's ok but don't feel you have to hide You can of course love yourself it's a good place to start if you feel you're on the shelf Don't stay there too long as there is love to share from family and friends who really really care So open your heart and let love pour out there's really nothing to be scared about It's something we should be all proud of that splendid little thing called love ❤️ Flowers pictured by www.suzybluesflowers.com ❤️ Thank you for reading today Join me again tomorrow for Free From Friday Take care for now. It was my birthday week this week
forty something but still feeling sleek Age is just a number or so they say bring on middle age, come what may I still feel twenty years in age but minus a perm, Escort XR3 and a full time wage Life seems to be zooming by my knees are feeling it I won't lie I've celebrated with food and chocolates to add received lots of cards and love for which I'm glad Another year older I'm thankful for my life even if at times it's had a spell of trouble and strife Life would be boring if all went well we need a kick up the backside through that temporary bad spell The bad times make us realise we are in need of a change light at the end of the tunnel for which we exchange Later years can be denied by some so I'm reflecting and hoping to get stuff done Looking to a positive future and not dwelling on the past gonna make the birthday's to come with memories to last 🎂🎂🎂 Thank you for reading today do join me again tomorrow for Free From Friday for now though.... take care I'm gonna tell you about something I've lost
it's not valuable not even bothered about the cost I just use it a lot and now it's not here health and safety has been missed I do very much fear I mean who loses a bread knife for goodness sake? It's not even small so how could I make that mistake I've looked everywhere I can think of I'm sure I really should have put it somewhere secure Always wiser after the event it's bugging me though, that much I needed to vent I keep looking in places it just couldn't be the toilet? Since when do I cut bread while having a wee? Oh like I always say it will turn up eventually it's probably hiding in another drawer or an abandoned welly I've got another knife I can use it's probably shaking in case it's the next one I lose I'll go and buy a new one and then it'll turn up like it's been there all the time saying 'hey there, what's up?' Oh bread knife I thought I'd lost you forever I'm going to chain you up somewhere, now that would be clever ❋❋❋ Thank you for reading today I will keep you posted on the whereabouts of my missing utensil Join me again tomorrow for Free From Friday but for now..... Take care. |
