There are so many ways to watch tv now with Amazon Prime Video and Netflix but you still find yourself having to flick from one to another to get something you want to watch and for the best deal.
NOW TV offers you Sky's on demand catalogue with four passes to Entertainment, Cinema, Kids and Sports. Instead of subscribing and plonking a dish on the side of your house you can just pay as you go every month. I originally went for the Entertainment package on a big free trial offer and it has lots of good box sets to watch. It is priced at £7.99 a month but you can find offers around to pay less for a considerable time. I also had a free trial on the Cinema package (normally priced at £9.99 per month) as I wanted to watch a film I couldn't find on Netflix so I watched it under the free trial. You can cancel at any time, just make sure you do as they will take the full monthly amount out if you don't. The trouble is when you do go to cancel you sometimes get offered a discount to stay on which is a great way to keep you in the system. I can't say I use the cinema that much but with the package you do also get access to some of the live channels too so it is worth it if you are not a Sky user in general, you can become a Sky dipper. For those with children the Kids package is a nice price at £4 per month and for the bigger kids there is Sky Sports where you can have a day pass for a certain footy game or a F1 race, for a little extra you can take on a week or for £33.99 you can have a month of sports viewing. You can view NOW TV in so many ways it's difficult to get away from it. There is a box, a stick, you can view through a games console, Apple TV, Chromecast and some smart tv's have it already installed. You can view through a tablet or your phone and also on a PC or laptop so away you go, the worlds your oyster as they say. The kind people at NOW TV sent me an offer for a free little box to plug in to the tv so I of course said yes, I'll be having that and I use it on my tv upstairs. It's great, I can carry on binge watching my box sets if I feel like it and it also has other apps so I can catch up with tv on BBC iplayer, ITV Hub and All 4 and many more. I do tend to flick from one streaming service to another, sometimes you have to as not everything is available on one service but if you do go with NOW TV there are some good starter deals and also keep an eye out for the voucher prices to continue as there are some good offers to help you stay viewing. The one down side is to just make sure that a box set is going to be on NOW TV for a while as they do tend to drop some of them. You could have a few episodes of your favourite box set to watch and then it 's not available anymore. They do give you a warning of how long programmes are available and then some box sets make way for newer ones so it's all good. For more information go to: www.nowtv.com and start your free trial now.....ha ha NOW! (get it). Oh I'm wasted as a blogger, should have been a comedienne eh? Don't answer that!! Ok I will be back tomorrow for Music Monday but for now...... Take care!!
