Ah sad news for the telly world today
for the dear Michael Angelis has sadly passed away His voice has been with us for so many years a regular sound in all of our ears He was an actor who did so much but for Thomas the Tank fans your heart he would touch With his smooth tone and Liverpudlian trill listening to him was such a thrill So we say a goodbye but you've not really gone as you have left so many memories that will allow you to live on From all generations of lives you did occupy a big thank you to you Michael you can now FLY HIGH

What do we do when the telly runs out?
The actors can't film anything, that's what it's all about We may have to call on all Zoomers and Tik Tokkers out there to perform in Eastenders, well that would improve it to be fair I think most soap operas will run out of new stuff any day as filming now means being two metres away That means no kissing or fighting will take place in fact nothing at all close together, face to face I'm sure they will come up with something they're clever you see they will think of a way of entertaining the likes of you and me I'm ok with watching the old classics on repeat some of the oldies you just can't beat But that doesn't help the tv people, they need their pay they need to get back to the cobbles, the square and the farm today Somebody somewhere will have a plan so don't worry if your'e a big tv fan It was a bit different with Eurovision this year
there was an alternative programme so you don't have to fear For some of you though I feel a sense of relief What?? The selection of some Euro tune is not your belief? I can't help but watch it, I'm curious who will win I like all the hype and tend to join in The more amusing the song well that does it for me I just stare open mouthed at what I can see We've had milk maids, singing grannies and the odd ripped skirt the camera, the lights and the full stage show seem to work But not this year, instead we saw acts from the past memories from previous decades, the ones that really last There were even snippets of songs from this year the singers I suppose will have shed a little tear For they were unable to perform while we had takeaway for our dinner in the hope that one of them would be crowned the winner So put your flags away and party things for another Eurovision day BBC, you did a great job by the way Love it or hate it they gave it a good run in the hope that it all returns in 2021 Oh Villanelle what's with all the killin'
she's back and it is kinda thrillin' I keep wondering what the next murder weapon will be guess I'll just have to be patient and wait to see She turns up to a job in a different disguise you know someone is doomed and usually dies She does it with humour we can't get enough she can be sensitive but also really tough We should all dislike her, she's a baddy after all but can't help loving her, when watching her I'm having a ball I may have just glorified murder, oops I'll sit down and breathe Get ready on a Sunday 9.15pm it's Killing Eve |
