Well what can I say about Liar this week. My goodness I was so trying to keep an open mind and I actually thought that there may have been a third person involved. I thought by some of the visual shots that someone was sneaking around the house and Andrew was getting the blame when it was another person who raped Laura. Oh I fell for his lies, the sneaky man!! There I was believing his poor little puppy face and innocent looks. Grrrrrrrrrrr.
See, that's the sign of good drama. I want to feel exactly like that when watching it. So uncertain and a bit confused but shock and horror too. Such brilliant writing and cannot wait to see the next episode. This leads me to another drama which I actually thought may not have been as good as the first series. Doctor Foster took a massive turn this week and brought me around and made me believe in it again. I am bit sorry I lost faith in this and doubted it but my goodness it just exploded into a great show again. Like everyone else I think I was questioning Gemma's character and I think it's fair in saying we thought she had become a bit of a bunny boiler but maybe that's what the creators wanted us to believe. All the time she had been trying to prove that Simon was still obsessed with her. He was rumbled by Kate and dumped by her family, crikey he lost everything all in one go, just like that. I now can't wait to see what happens next in the last one of this series. I'm loving the dancing on Strictly, this is quite amazing as I have never wanted to watch it before. Never liked it and didn't see the point in it all but wow how things change. It just goes to show that as well as sticking with drama that is waiting to unfurl there is always a chance you can fall in love with sequins and the odd quick step. You can tell they changed from a two week tuition to learning their dances in a week. They all did really well and we do have to remember that it is only week two. There are some real front runners though such as Alexandra, Debbie and Davood. I feel for Charlotte though unless she can lose that stiff body and relax a bit. Oh look at me, I'd be just as nervous if I did it and would have trouble looking graceful, not sure I'd get into a frock, I'm not that girly. I write this before the results show this evening so we'll see who goes, yes I'm actually bothered to see the results!!! Cold Feet continues to be brilliant as always, absolutely love this show and so glad they decided to bring it back. The characters are all as good as they were before and the storylines are fresh and relevant so carry on and never stop Cold Feet peeps. I don't know who makes me laugh more, David with his naivety, Adam and his green eyed monster but trying to do the right thing or Pete trying to find his cowboy hat for work. It truly is great and long may it continue. A new week to look forward to with a new drama starting called The Last Post and the return of The Apprentice which I do like so be prepared for me dissecting these new people who seem to think they may have a chance to become Lord Sugars business partner although if he's looking at them like I am well I'm wishing him a lot of luck. Take care everyone and please pop back tomorrow for Music Monday. Thanks for reading......
