What's wrong with the end of the week?

Oh guess what my favourite tv mag is? What's On TV a bargain at 65p and my son loves it, he knows his way around this now and knows where to find all his favourites.

I've just found that all my favourite programs are all bunched up early on in the week and I'm lost towards the end of the week for anything to watch. That's not 'What's on Tv's' fault I know but programmes are usually well distributed throughout the week. It could be that we have the Olympics on and the Rugby but if you want to see a good gold medal being won you need to be burning the midnight oil really.

My Friday night viewing has all come to an end with Graham Norton finishing and The Good Doctor has gone off too. I know what I need to do!!! I'll just miss some stuff at the beginning of the week and save it till later, it's ok tv world I'll just spread it out myself......don't you worry.

It's no big deal really, I have go plenty to do without sitting in front of the box and it's probably my Autistic brain thinking I would quite like programmes evenly planned out., it's a routine kinda thing. I was glad to see Marcella return this week, although I think the poor women probably spends most of her time telling people how to say her name. It kicked off with another good series though eh? Don't worry if you've not watched the first series as I feel you could drop into this one, it's a new story. You can always catch up with the first series on the ITV Hub. Nice to see Nigel Planner and Keith Allen in this although a bit weird not to be laughing at them in Comic Strip. Great drama and can't wait for the next one. MarCHella or MarSella, whichever way you want to say it, although think it is MAR....CH.....ELA.

Have you been watching Collateral? This is good with some familiar faces too. Billie Piper has come in for some stick on social media for being cruel to takeaway pizzas and John Simm is here too and I prefer in this to Trauma which he starred in before. So basically DI Kip Glaspie played by Carey Mulligan has got her work cut out with trying to solve a gunned down pizza delivery guy. That's where Billie comes in as she was receiving the pizza but because it didn't have a 'special topping' should we say, she threw it into the corner. I know what a waste eh? I couldn't do that but lets not dwell on it too much, bet Ms Piper is sick of everyone referring to it. This is a really good drama, it will be episode 3 out of 4 on Monday BBC 2 at 9pm, the same time as Marcella, oh one to save until later in the week. You can though catch up on the BBC iplayer.

Another good watch this week was Keeping Faith. Now I've just spent ages trying to find out what channel and what night it was on for you but then remembered I had watched it on the BBC iplayer as it's on BBC Wales only. It is worth a watch though and stars Eve Myles as wife and mum of three, her live goes into turmoil as her husband goes out to work one morning and doesn't turn up.. He disappears completely and Eve's character Faith has now got to consider whether she actually knew the man she had been married to and whether he who she thought he was. An addictive mystery drama and I'm looking forward to finding out what's happened to her missing fella. 

I caught up with Ant and Dec's Saturday Takeaway and blimey, how much money do they have on their budget? There's luxury holidays being thrown out here and there, a finale which will involve their on plane, prizes galore on Win the Ads and a train put on especially to fill a couple of rows in the studio. It's quite entertaining and I do love Ant and Dec but it is something I wouldn't miss really if I didn't get chance to see it. It seems the same old stuff to me and getting a bit tiresome but you may not agree. I wonder how long it can go on really before it becomes boring. Best thing about it......KYLIE.

It's looking good for next week, Strike returns tonight. and is brilliant if you've not watched it before. Written by JK Rowling we follow Tom Burke in the role as Cormoron Strike as he investigates a new crime. Top Gear returns also tonight if you've not got lost in The Grand Tour and forgotten Top Gear ever existed. I feel less likely to watch now but may stay loyal - maybe I can watch it later on in the week, oh it's looking brighter now.
