Ready to Sing it Loud!!

This week we start a new term at Rock Choir......phew have so been looking forward to this as I couldn't attend for a couple of weeks before the holiday so it's been a while and I have missed it. 

oh what did I do to celebrate, yep I wrote a poem.......

SING IT OUT LOUD

Finally back at Rock Choir
Jennie! Turn up that amplifier
For the holidays are over
there's a buzz in Mickleover
We are ready to sing it out loud

New songs they are ready to start
dance moves will make us look smart
When it comes to singin Spandau's True
they'll be no time to go to the loo
We need to be ready to sing it out loud

The term also includes King of Wishful Thinking
we ain't missing any lyrics by blinking
With Shut up and Dance with Me we begin
we hope our lyrics don't get us in a spin
Let's get ready to sing it out loud

So let us at it, we are ready to go
been away too long, we are feeling so low
Let's get those vocals warmed and firin'
with an exercise that sounds like a siren
There's no stopping us from singing it out loud
